1.Operations Optimization Review: A diagnostic deep-dive into the facility's daily workflows, floor routines, and intake systems to maximize efficiency and bed utilization.

2.New Program Blueprint & Build-Out: Complete end-to-end operational blueprinting for a new or expanding residential facility (building their intake, scheduling, routine, and clinical documentation flow from the ground up).

3.The Program Stabilization Package: I will step in and completely handle the crisis. This includes a full compliance audit, custom CAP development, high-risk policy corrections, a dedicated staff training session to roll out the fixes, and 2 weeks of dedicated oversight while your team stabilizes.

Staff Development & Training

1. Custom Curriculum Design: Creating facility specific Training modules that align with state regulations, high risk areas, and daily operational protocols.

2. Intake & Admission Workflows: Training administrative and leadership teams on structured, efficient intake processes that maximize bed utilization while maintaining perfect compliance.

3. Leadership coaching & Performance Oversight: Equipping facility managers and team leads with the skills to confidently oversee daily staff routine, manage personnel logs, and handle crisis situations.

Compliance & Program Integrity

1. A complete top-to-bottom internal review of clinical charts, personnel logs, and operational documentation for a single facility location to identify audit liabilities

2. Corrective Action Plan (CAP) Development: Designing, writing, and structuring a formal, state-compliant roadmap ready for regulatory submission to address active citations.

3. Monthly Compliance Advisory Retainer (Minimum 3-month commitment): Ongoing quality management oversight, monthly spot-check chart audits, and direct advisory support for leadership to maintain state/AHCCCS readiness.
